General terms and conditions of business

when booking directly via our homepage.
General cancellation conditions
Cancellation and change requests are only possible in writing.
Standard Reservations
Written cancellations are possible free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Trade fairs and special holidays are excluded from this. If a cancellation is not made on time or for the above-mentioned days, you will be charged 80% of the room rate for the first night.

Please refer to the price details of your booked rate for the exact cancellation conditions.
The hotel requires Your own valid credit card number m it indication of G Validity as security in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We ask you to send us this information at our email address. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity and credit limit of the credit card immediately after the reservation and/or to debit the full amount in advance (for non-cancellable reservations). If the credit card details are incorrect, the booked room will be canceled immediately!
We accept cash, MasterCard, VisaCard, Maestro card and EC card as payment methods.
Arrival and departure
We request that you arrive by 8 p.m. If you arrive after 8 p.m., please call us in advance and/or provide a credit card guarantee. If you arrive after 8 p.m. without prior notice, you will not be entitled to your reservation. Late check-out is possible on request.
Check-in: From 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 11:00 am
